Introducing Clickview
You may have noticed the Clickview button here on Moodle (above), you may have even tried to click on it and nothing happened. Well, try it again and you’ll see that it’s now gone live.
Clickview is a new service brought to you by the College libraries. It’s a collection of videos and TV programmes covering a huge range of subjects and it’s a great way to find out more about the topics that you’re researching or discussing in class and tutorial. It’s an online service so you can view the videos on campus or at home and, if you’re an iPad or iPhone owner, you can download a Clickview app free of charge from the App Store.
To use the service you will need a username and password. To get yours simply send an e-mail with your full name and student number to libraries@nptc.ac.uk (please put ‘Clickview password’ in the subject line).
Please see the attached presentation on HE funding given by the LEA in the hall on Wednesday 14th March.
Students at Neath Port Talbot College (NPTC) are planning to launch a new student radio station called Generation FM! The station will be playing a variety of popular music to cater to all students tastes and will also be broadcasting services such as the latest news, weather and travel information.
We kindly ask for you to spread the word to get students on board and involved in several roles within in the station such as:
- On Air Presenting
- Producing
- Tech Ops
- Web Editors
- Journalism
- and many more!
Should they want more information as well as put their name forward, they can emailinfo@generationfm.co.uk
When you attend a class, your tutor marks you present in the online registers system. It is the information in this system that is used to process EMA payments.
Your register marks are now available for you to see on the Intranet. If you click on the link below, you will be taken to the following screen where you can see your attendance marks.
